Hi, I'm Mara.

Even the smallest moments can have the biggest impact.

Health and wellbeing shouldn't be something we only think about when we're already burnt out.

That's why I created The Body Reset.

My aim is to make it easier for people to prioritise their health by bringing wellbeing directly to them. Whether it's in a workplace, healthcare setting, retirement community, at an event or in the comfort of their own home, my services are designed to fit around people's lives—not the other way around.

I believe that taking time to pause isn't a luxury—it's an essential part of looking after ourselves. Whether someone has five minutes between meetings or an hour to fully unwind, everyone deserves the opportunity to reset.

Why It Matters

Watching the compassionate care provided to my Grandfather during his journey with dementia, alongside the support given to a close family friend through cancer treatment, gave me a deep appreciation for the emotional and physical demands placed on those who care for others.

Those experiences inspired my Caring for Carers programme, but they also shaped the values behind The Body Reset as a whole: creating meaningful moments of calm, connection and wellbeing for anyone who needs them.

Every session is delivered with professionalism, compassion and genuine care, creating a calm, welcoming space where people can step away from the demands of everyday life and simply be present.

My goal is simple: to help people pause, recharge and feel valued.

If you believe that even the smallest moments can have the biggest impact, I'd love to work with you to bring that experience to your workplace, organisation, event or community.

Whether it's five minutes or one hour, taking time to reset can make all the difference.
